Karate Party

PLAN YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY
AT THE TOKI DOJO
  • BIRTHDAY PARTY INCLUDES:
    • 45 to 60 minutes of activities in the dojo area.
    • 30 to 45 minutes in the party room for presents and refreshments.

    • Parties can be scheduled for Friday, Saturday or Sunday afternoons and weekday afternoons depending on the availability of the dojo.
    FEES:
    • $120.00 for 10 children ($6.00 for each additional guest).
      TOKI STUDENTS will receive a 10% discount (total $108.00).
    • A $60.00, non-refundable fee is required when you book your party.   The balance will be due at the time of the party.  Checks payable to TOKI.
    • Cancellations require 48 hours notice.
    ACTIVITIES:
    • Short warm-up and karate games.  Parents of the birthday child are invited to join the children in the dojo but parents and other adults are not permitted on the dojo floor.  They can observe from the lobby area.
    DRESS CODE:
    • All children should be dressed comfortably.  Karate gi (uniform) is acceptable.  All children must remove socks and shoes before entering the dojo floor.
    INVITATIONS:
    • When sending invitations, mail out 2-3 weeks prior and RSVP your phone number one week before.  Include the directions, full address and the phone number of the dojo.  Call the dojo with the final count a few days before the party date. 
    • When giving the party time, you may want to list the starting time 5-10 minutes earlier than the actual time so all your guest won't  miss out on all the events.
    • Each party lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.  Please make your guest's parents aware of the exact pick up time.

    FROM 202 SOUTH:  Exit at Paoli Pike / West Chester.  At stop sign turn right on to Paoli Pike / Gay Street.   Stay in right hand lane.  The Gay Street Plaza is just past McDonalds on the right.  Turn right into parking lot.  The karate school is in the far left rear of the complex.
